Nigerian foremost journalist, Prince Tony Momoh, is dead. The former minister of information and culture’s death was announced Monday, February 1.
It was gathered that Momoh was born on April 27, 1939, in Auchi, Edo state.
Prince Momoh was a veteran journalist and politician whose political activities transverse across the length and breadth of the country.
The deceased served as a minister of information and culture between 1986 and 1990 during the military regime of General Ibrahim Babangida (IBB).
He was among the founders of the ruling APC.
