Arsenal vs Liverpool: Van Dijk reveals who to blame for 2-1 defeat.

Liverpool defender, Virgil van Dijk, has admitted it was his turn to play the “villain”, after his error contributed significantly to their 2-1 defeat at Arsenal on Wednesday.

The visitors went ahead at the Emirates through Sadio Mane. With the Reds totally in control of the game, Van Dijk made an error.

The Dutch defender miscued a back pass to Alisson, allowing Alexandre Lacazette to pounce and equalise.

Alisson himself then messed up his clearance which led to the Gunners’ second.
