Chidera Jedidiah, the angry young man seeing in a viral video destroying household property reportedly belonging to his mother has spoken up.
In a series of Twitter posts, Chidera who lives in Ireland with his mother, said: ‘my family is dead to me’, concluding that he wants to move on with his life without his family in the picture or in his family affairs. He claimed his mother has severally abused him physically and emotionally and he was venting out after many years of suffering in silence.
He said he had received death threats and insults from social media users who did not hear his sid of the story.
“Firstly I would like to begin by saying thank you for everyone who has shown love to me. I was very shocked to find out that my personal business was so publicly displayed and that the narrative was twisted and changed to portray me as a bad guy.”
“My actions as seen in this video wasn’t isn’t because of “disagreement” or a “passport” issue as my mum describes in the video. My mum is a very abusive, aggressive and violent person… and she has been all my life.”
