Reno Omokri, former Special Adviser on New Media to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has declared that President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo are united in stealing.
Omokri made the claims while faulting Osinbajo’s recent declaration that Nigerians are only united in the area of stealing.
The former presidential aide noted that the recent corruption saga surrounding the current government is a testament to the fact that Osinbajo should direct such statement to, “himself and his boss.”
In a series of tweets on his Twitter handle, the US-based pastor insisted that Osinbajo lacked the moral authority to accuse Nigerians of stealing.
The tweet reads, “No VP @ProfOsinbajo, football, not ‘stealing’ is what unites Nigerians.Or do you also believe like your boss that Nigerians are criminals?
“I can understand why the VP believes that stealing is what unites Nigerians given the recent unity between President Buhari and Maina!
“VP Osinbajo should limit that opinion to himself and his boss. Did Nigerians unite with them on the $25 billion NNPC contract scam?
“How can you be deputy to a man who said ‘Abacha never stole’ and have the moral authority to accuse Nigerians of being united in stealing?”
