Cristiano Ronaldo was very vocal after Real Madrid’s uninspiring performance at Wembley against Tottenham on Wednesday November 1, 2017, where Pochettino’s men humbled the Spanish Champions 3-1 The media have been very critical of Ronaldo’s performances so far this season but the Portugal National team captain insist that he isn’t moved by what they write about him.

Ronaldo insist Real Madrid is not in crisis and recent result is just a blip and his manager Zinedine Zidane has also insisted Real Madrid will turn results around real soon.

The defeat to Spurs was the the European Champions second in four days after losing 2-1 to Girona in the league, they currently sit in third position and eight points behind leaders Barcelona.

Real Madrid are still in contention to qualify for the Champions League knockout stage despite the defeat to Spurs. They need a result against Apoel in the next Champions League fixtures to book their place in the round of 16.
