Cristiano Ronaldo wins Fifa World Player of the Year (Photos)

Cristiano Ronaldo continues his award winning streak as he was crowned the first ever world player of the year at the Best FIFA Football Awards.

The Portuguese and Real Madrid star fought off competition from Argentine and Barcelona rival, Lionel Messi to win the trophy in its inaugural year.
