Miley Cyrus moved to tears as she visits an Oncology centre

Miley Cyrus was brought to tears by young cancer patient Julia Davidson.
The child, who is battling an aggressive form of child cancer Neuroblastoma, sang Rainbow Connection for the pop star and her fiance Liam Hemsworth on Thursday.
The couple were visiting Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, California, and were brought to tears by the young performer’s rendition.
You made me cry because it was so beautiful!’ Miley exclaimed after the performance. ‘Do you know how important it is to make people cry when you sing? That’s very special,’ the hitmaker explained. ‘If I was in my Voice chair right now, I would have turned around for you. For sure!’ she admitted.
Liam told Julia: ‘Wow! You were amazing!’ The Grammy-nominated singer surprised patients at the Southern California medical facility as she popped in to pose for pictures and share encouraging words in an unannounced visit.
