Olamide explodes on twitter, unleash tirades towards Don Jazzy over Headies awards (Photo + Video)

A very upset YBNL boss, Olamide has taken to Twitter to voice his displeasure with Mavin records founder and owner, Don Jazzy after he called out his name at the Headies awards last night.

Here is the gist, Mavin recording artiste Reekado Banks, won The Next Rated Awards for 2015 beating other nominated acts like Lil Kesh (YBNL), Korede Bello (Mavin), Kiss Daniel (G-Worldwide Entertainment), Cynthia Morgan (North Side Music).

Olamide not very happy, expected his artiste Lil Kesh to win and he let out his angry feelings to be seen and heard when he went on stage with the whole YBNL team, when his other artiste Adekunle Gold won the award for Best Alternative act for his song, “Sade“.

Olamide took the mic and said; “This award belongs to Lil Kesh. Lil Kesh is our own Next Rated artist. F**k that shit! The streets ti take over. Every f**king single was a hit back to back. From lyrically to Shoki to Efejoku. Ko ni dafun Iya anybody – (It will not be good for anybody’s mum)”, he then threw the mic down and they all walked off the stage.

After Olamide’s outburst, Don Jazzy who won the Lifetime Achievement Award & while taking his award, he addressed and further fueled Olamide’s rant on stage. Be saying “Egbon – (Brother) Olamide, if you want the car, come and take it.” As the Next Rated award win comes with a car prize courtesy of the organizers.

Olamide felt it was an insult and was super infuriated and exploded on Twitter towards Don Jazzy.
