Appeal Court rules against Saraki’s arrest

The Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT’s proposed arrest of the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, was on Monday morning stopped by the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja.

The tribunal had on Friday issued the warrant for Saraki’s arrest following his failure to honour its invitation.
