A billboard poster has surfaced in Owerri showing Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha shaking hands with US president Barack Obama. People in the state are suffering and this our governor is wasting money on a useless picture. We think he needs to focus on more serious issues than this inhumane decision for his self promotion.
