Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs won’t face aggravated assault charges in UCLA incident

It looks like P. Diddy has had a lucky escape, He won’t be charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly got into a fight with his son’s football coach, according to dailymail.
However, he may still have to face some consequences.
Los Angeles County district attorney spokesman Ricardo Santiago said on Thursday the office decided instead to turn the case over to the Los Angeles city attorney’s office, which could file lesser misdemeanor charges.
“We are thankful that the district attorney rejected felony charges in this matter,” defense lawyer Mark Geragos said.
“This case never should have been part of the criminal justice system to begin with.”
Frank Mateljan, a spokesman for the city attorney, confirmed his office would review the case.
