The Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Joe Igbokwe, has said that it is impossible for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to take control of the state.

In his reaction to Wednesday July 1, 2015 victory of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode over Jimi Agbaje of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the Lagos State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, Igbokwe stressed that the state would continue to remain under his party’s control.

Before the tribunal’s verdict, the PDP had expressed confidence that Ambode’s electoral victory would be upturned.
