Africa’s Richest Man, Dangote to Create 200,000 Jobs in Jigawa State

Aliko Dangote, has promised to generate 200.000 jobs by the end of this year in Jigawa State to support the new administration’s drive for economic revival of the state, reports thisday.
The Chairman of Dangote Group, speaking in Dutse, the state capital said that $250 million would be invested into those investments, adding that preparations for the production of 2million tonnes of sugar in Kafin Hausa and Auyo had been concluded.
He said when fully operational, the projects would provide 200,000 direct jobs and millions of indirect jobs to the teeming youths in the state.
He said “The best way to tackle poverty, unemployment and achieved economic stability is by focusing attention on agriculture.”
“The earlier Nigeria diversify its economy the better for its as in the next couple of years oil would no longer have any value to those that have it,” he added
