A man has been fined £1,400 after he dressed up in his girlfriend’s clothes to sit her exams for her, according to metro.

But other female students say his stunt was ‘very romantic’.

Ayan Zhademov, 20, was busted when invigilators heard his deep voice and realised he was a man.
Zhademov, of Kazakhstan, hatched the plan after his girlfriend was too nervous to sit her exam.
A spokesman for the exam board said, ‘He tried speaking in a high voice but it was obvious then that he was a male.’
Fellow student Dariga Nesterova said: ‘It was stupid but very romantic.
‘Sometimes love leads us to do silly things, I wish my boyfriend was this romantic.’

A local businessman stepped in to pay half of his fine after the story broke in Zhetisai in south Kazakhstan.
