Prince George cradles Baby Princess Charlotte

Cradling Princess Charlotte in his arms, the toddler prince looks lovingly at his newborn little sister as mum Kate snaps away on her camera.

Four pictures released at 10pm tonight by Kensington Palace show the royal siblings in their country home Anmer Hall – the first pictures of Charlotte since she was born last month.

The photographs, taken in mid-May by keen photographer Kate, reflect the fact that the Cambridges are trying to give their children a low-key family life despite their unique position.
