Waka Flocka cancels concert after racist frat video leak
Waka Flocka Flame, the Atlanta Rapper, has canceled a concert at the University of Oklahoma scheduled for 25 April, after video was leaked showing members of its Singing Alpha Epsilon fraternity singing racist chants about African-Americans.
The video had some alleged members of the frat singing in the bus, “You can hang him from a tree, but he can never sign with me. There will never be a n—— in S-A-E.”
Waka Flocka took to instagram to tell his fans he was cancelling appearance, “I know for a fact the whole school and SAE don’t agree with those kids actions,” he wrote to his followers on Instagram. “So know that I’m not mad at the whole #SAE just those disgusting kids. We can’t change history but we damn sure can create our own future #DeathToRacism.”
