NLC vows to go on strike, despite court order

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) have resolved to proceed mobilise workers to begin indefinite strike, over fuel hike, today, despite court order.

The head of information of NLC, Benson Upah, in an interview with TheCable said‎ “‎NLC’s position has not shifted. The strike will go on tomorrow,” he said.

When asked if he could be quoted, he said: “Quote me the strike will go on tomorrow.”
