Nigeria captain and goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama has pulled out of this Saturday’s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Tanzania.
The Super Eagles’ coach Sunday Oliseh, revealed that the 33-year-old Lille OSC shot-stopper has asked to be excused from the trip to Dar es Salaam due to personal issues bordering on his family.
The goalkeeping duties against Tanzania’s Taifa Stars will now fall on either the Wolves goalkeeper Carl Ikeme or Ikechukwu Ezenwa of Sunshine Stars.
